No: US dating has a margin of error, generally 8% or so throughout the pregnancy. That means by later in the pregnancy thestimate could be off by as much as +/- 2-3 weeks. Early on, it is more accurate, +- 6 days or so. Physiologically you need to ovulate to get pregnant, and that doesn't occur during your period. So probably no need to worry, the discrepancy likely due to inherent US error range.
