Nsaids: For pain / inflammation in the wrists my first choice of medication if you have no kidney problems and no history of an severe gastritis/GERD is Ibuprofen. You can also at night place your wrists in a wrist splint then take them off during the day, see if this helps as well. Follow up closely with your primary doc in the mean time. Take Ibuprofen with food.
