Not clear question: I do not understand your question. Were you diagnosed with alzheimer's disease? If you were, you need to plan for your future and medicaid application may be useful because you might require eventually long-term care. If you just think that you have alzheimer's disease, you need to go to a doctor for appropriate work-up to eliminate other cause of symptoms you might have.
