A member asked:

How long will an aspirin after overdose stay in your system?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Depends on how much you took, how well your kidneys work, and what the pH is of your urine (which in turn depends on other medications and foods you take). Aspirin overdose is a serious and potentially fatal condition. Whether taken intentionally or by accident, please seek immediate help in the er.
