Why do you ask?: If you were bitten by a wild animal and the animal couldn't be captured for observation, or you found a bat in your room where you sleep, you will need to get immunized against rabies. If your tetanus isn't current and you have a bite wound or other nasty wound, you'll get a tetanus booster.

Using this site: You get the most from this site when you provide adequate background information on a problem & then ask a question. Need for a rabies series would depend on regional rabies activity, type of animal & type of exposure. None of these were provided in your post. A call to the emergency room or your county health department could provide the local info.
