Need a lot more: Information, but if one subtracts the stomach and tonsil issues the "shocking" pain after touching your temple (though i don't know exactly where) could be suggestive of trigeminal neuralgia. Don't take this too seriously as you really need to see your doctor for a more thorough history and exam. Quite likely it is something else.
