Cancerous: Cancerous of course is a term itself, denoting...Cancer. Depending on the biopsy diagnosis, the cancer may be named by it's tissue diagnosis, for example basal cell cancer, or squamus cell cancer. Not all tumors are cancerous, etc. The biopsy will determine pathology. To expire, is a medical term referring to when a patient dies (the pt "expired" after a long fight with lung cancer).
