No but: It's signs of massive infection in your throat and tonsils as well , you need meds, see a doctor right away..

Probably not: But you do have what sounds like an infection that needs attention. Please call your Physician for an appointment. That said, smoking and/or alcohol consumption greatly increases cancer risk.
