Not necessarily: 2 weeks post op you would not expect severe swelling as you describe. Luckily you have no severe pain, but you need to call and follow-up with your surgeon to have the area assessed. Best wishes.

Dull sometimes throbbing pain in lower left abdomen that radiates down into inner left thigh. Also have had a swollen lymph node in left groin weeks.
