Helps a little: I answered your previous question about your daughter. Knowing glands are enlarged helps a little, makes me think more towards an acute infection mononucleosis, but still not enough information about her history and exam to really say much. Is there a reason her doctors aren't saying anything to you about what they think? They are really best situated to give you a full assessment of her condition
