Sounds okay: "slightly lobulated" is a subjective term. It likely indicates that the cyst is not just a simple small bubble, but also that it is not worrisome in appearance. Most cysts are follicular (from egg follicle development) and will come and go. This process is normal and should not interfere with pregnancy. Of course, it's best to get clarification from your doctor.
