Finish work up: Conception rates per cycle are only approximately 15 to 20%. 85% of couples will conceive within a year of ovulation and timed intercourse. Make sure your fallopian tubes and uterus are normal and that your partner has a normal sperm count. Also check a Progesterone for ovulation.

Not pregnant/PCOS: The commonest reason that women with pcos don't conceive it that they're not ovulating even though they have a menses. There are several oral medication that are used to induce ovulation that i highly effective. I suggest that you schedule a visit to your gyn and have him/her prescribe the medication. 80% of women with pcos will respond and conceive using this therapy.
