Could be: There are many variants of migraine headaches, and much overlap with 'regular' tension or cluster headaches. Ophthalmic migraines typically have visual symptoms that only last less than a half hour. Some patients with migraine have light sensitivity and nausea. I would suggest trying over-the-counter headache medication and seeking care from your primary doctor if it doesn't resolve quickly.
