Concerning symptom: Floaters after a head injury are almost always something that needs further evaluation and possible treatment. These can be the result of a small amount of bleeding in the back of the eye related to bleeding around the brain (so-called Terson's syndrome), a retinal detachment, a blood clot in one of the venous sinuses, or injury to the occipital lobe. I would see an ophthalmologist, soon.
