When I take a deep breath, I hear a gurgling sound in my chest. No pain or other symptoms, just the gurgling. What can be causing this? Does this sound worrisome, like pleural effusion/lung cancer?

Lung function test shows normal. TB test shows negative. Endoscopie test shows no gastritis or reflux. Nasal endoscopie showed no anomaly. But I still have persistent cough at night and less frequently during the day. I would like to hear your advice?
