Testicular problem: Your lh and fsh levels are elevated. This is consistent with a problem with your testicles producing both testosterone and sperm. There are many possible causes for this including genetic (klinefelters syndrome), infections (mumps), trauma, drugs. Many times we don't know why it occurred. You should see a urologist for evaluation.
