Throat scope show something pimple-like in throat. throat pain for a month. (only when talking). ct scan cleared. caused?

Infection: You had a throat scope and ct scan. You had pain for a month. This could be an infection or even fungal process like overgrowth. The pimple would be consistent with strep throat. Cultures would be positive. Ct scan is negative so lymph nodes are probably not swollen. Perhaps antibiotics and re-evaluate after if pain still present. Seek ENT doctor.
