Primary care doctor: See your primary care doctor, who can evaluate you and determine the problem. Then you can be referred to the appropriate specialist. Good luck.

If these are new: If these are totally new symptoms they may not be related to your cp. You can either see someone for emg's to check you muscles and nerves (neurologists or pm;r doctor) or they could be vascular (see a doctor like me or a vascular surgeon. I would see the neurologist or pm;r first given your history.
