Possible!: 2 yolk sacs is definitely suspicious for twins. There should only be one per baby. Sometimes you can start with twins, but one of them doesn't make it, so that's something to watch out for. The biggest concern would be that if both babies are in the same gestational sac, then you have a high risk twin pregnancy. (monoamniotic). So that's a condition you'd want to know about early on.
