I'm curious too...: If i were you, i'd be a lot more excited about the alteration in period than i would about feeling "bumps." what part of your "stomach" is affected (upper, lower, pelvis, etc.) was there tenderness? Are the "bumps" new or have you noted them before? You need an exam, so i recommend evaluation by your family doctor asap to clarify your status ; plan next step(s). Check pregnancy test now.
