Eat healthy: Prostate growth is genetic. However, maintaining a sensible diet and monitoring your belly circumference has been shown to improve prostate health. Also, as you grow older, you will notice that caffeine and sulfites (teas, coffees, wine) need to be moderated because they exacerbate urinary symptoms.
