Carpel tunnel: Carpel tunnel syndrome is the most likely. Pregnancy is a risk factor for this. The nerve to your hands travels through the bones in your wrist. When that gets crowded from swollen tissue, such as can happen in pregnancy the nerve is pinched causing pain. It can also cause numbness and weak grip. It gets worse when sleeping and often will wake you. Other things, like electrolytes off can do it.
