Heart hurting: It is very unusual for children and young teens to have heart attacks particularly if they have been normal during their visits with their doctor. After exercising or during we can get muscle spasms or pain around cartilage near the breast bone and this is probably your case but i would check with your doctor to be sure it is nothing more serious.
