Many possibilities : Consult a physician for chest pain which may be due to pericarditis inflammation of the heart wall or pleurisy which is inflammation of lung outer wall or costochondritis.

See your doctor: This could be anxiety or reflux or pleurisy. Given you are young, it should pass. But if not better you should see your doctor for a check up.
