Peanut allergy: Sprite should be okay for someone who has peanut allergy. Peanut allergy can be a real problem particularly in children and there is a new desensitization which is done orally by pediatric immunologists and allergists which i highly recommend.

Yes: I don't know of a major brand soft drink containing unlabeled peanuts. Do read the label carefully though. Be sure you have an Epinephrine kit available. Oral desensitization may be helpful but still requires further studies even though there have been at least two recent studies showing that some effectiveness.
