Gastritis: If he has been endoscoped must assume that he has been seen by a gastroenterologist, and if they cannot find an organic cause for this condition one must consider the possibility of this being a psychogenic disorder. Discuss with the GI doctor and ask if consultation with a therapist might be of value.
