Minor Salivary Gland: Is very likely a blocked minor salivary gland and this is very common. It often cures itself, but if you are concerned see your dentist to evaluate and discuss your options.

Difficult to answer : Without actually seeing it. Would recommend being evaluated by a dentist. Most probably harmless - could be a n irritation fibroma or a mucocele. Both benign. But best to get checked out. Hope this helps.

Bump: Any pain, bleeding, and/or (as in your case) swelling mandates evaluation. Any oral lesion lasting more than 2 weeks mandates examination. In all probability lesion is benign, but you must see your Dentist or an Oral Surgeon for evaluation, now.
