For you, low: If you're an adult with hashimoto's and you don't have type i diabetes yet, you probably won't get it. The two that will sneak up on you are addison's and hashimoto's encephalitis, each with a risk of less than 1% but famously easy to miss. Glad you're proactive. Some endocrinologists prefer synthetic thyroid hormone to armours.
