No advantage: There is no experimental/scientific evidence that there are performance or training advantages to using creatine supplements. There is increasing concern that nutritional supplements have the potential to produce negative outcomes in various organ systems with chronic use. My interpretation is that the only one who really benefits from creatine use is the person selling the creatine.
