Normal?: If your scope procedure was normal, your doctor may take you off of your ppi to discover if you need if for symptom management.

Possibly...: ...Ppi is the reason your upper endoscopy is normal; if it was given for heartburn, then both heartburn and esophageal erosions would reappear off it.

Hard question: Though your scoping shows normal, more info would be needed to determine continuation. For instance, when did you start the ppi, what were your gastroscopy results prior to now and for how long were they not normal. Check with your ge physician on continuing or stopping treatment. Good luck.

Speak to dr: I don't know the underlying condition for which you were treated with ppi. You need to address this with the doctor who is treating you.

PPis: I agree that if you don't need meds, don't take them but get the opinion of the gastroscopist as there are a few conditions that can be missed by scope and still helped by ppis.
