HIV: This virus can be present in penile pre-ejaculatory fluid and persist there until dried and old. Hiv can potentially be transmitted in this fashion. If you think there is any chance you have been exposed to HIV go and get tested, or if soon enough, prophylaxed. Better safe than sorry. Good luck.
