No: Biliary colic is a very severe pain and may be partly referred to the right shoulder. Ibs stands for irritable bowel syndrome. Colicky abdominal pain often followed by a bm that is often loose. It may be associated with abdominal growling. There may be urgency in going to the bathroom.
