Not really normal: There is a controversial condition called "post tubal ligation syndrome" which has been essentially disproven in the literature. It is felt that the majority of people who have post-btl symptoms are really just comparing their current periods to their previous periods when they were on birth control pills (which are so much easier). See your gyn and get checked out. Maybe there's a fixable prob.
