Could radiologists look for brain atrophy in a mri/ct?

Brain Atrophy: Brain atrophy is absolutely detectable on both ct and mri. This is most easily determined by assessing the size of the spaces in your brain that contain cerebrospinal fluid. These tend to enlarge with atrophy of the brain.

Yes: MRI and CT scans of the brain can easily detect atrophy of the entire brain or even just a specific region.
