Possibly: You didn't give many details but if there isn't adequate tooth structure left you may need an additional produce called "crown lenghtening" by a periodontist to correct the problem. This procedure does have some negative aspects in some situations so a good discussion of your options is very important. In some cases an implant may be a better option.
