Can you tell me about taking any prescription anti-anxiety medication?

I tend to use meds: Like Buspar (buspirone) or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (ssri's) long term. If I use benzodiazapines , try to make it short term. These medications can be most effective when used in conjunction with non-medication management.
