Please tell me, could i take my h. pylori treatment once a day over a longer period instead of twice over a shorter period?

H pylori: No, you cannot. The treatment regimen is based on half-lives of the medications and maintaining adequate blood levels of the drugs. Once daily dosing is not an acceptable regimen, even if taken for twice the amount of time.
