Do you mean salary?: Starting salaries for counselors/therapists depend on what your training is, and what kind of setting you work in, and where in the country you are. At the low end, people who do not have masters degrees in counseling related areas (social work, psychology etc.) make much less (20 -25k to start). People with master's degrees can make 35-50k per year to start, and more advanced degrees make more.
