Differences: There is really only two basic types of stimulants: Dextroamphetamine and melhylphendate. Vyvance is an example of the former and Concerta of the later. Sometimes one is better for a particular person than the other for reasons that are not known. There are similar differences among people with the use of short-acting and long-acting stimulants. See your child psychiatrist.
