No....: Such event will stay with the patient forever. It tends to grow in size in widely variable pace over time, but usually remains silent, asymptomatic, until the occasional occurrence of its rare superimposed infection or bleeding. Experience proved no practical need to intervene but for rare occasions as just described above + possible size-related pain. There is no magic pill around for it.
