For what?: Are you 37 years old as you posted? Are you waiting for the permanent teeth to erupt? We need more information. A dentist who can examine you and see x-rays of your mouth or whomever you are referring to can answer that question for you.

Wait for what?: If over-retained baby teeth are removed, and there are no underlying permanent teeth, you should have already been in the process of replacing them. See your Dentist. If permanent teeth are present but unerupted, see an Orthodontist.
