CBC: Will need more information in order to answer. A CBC reports a lot of information and will need to know which results/values are inconsistent.

Can you explain?: White cell values in particular fluctuate wildly from day to day. If the elements are normally formed, and there is no anemia or thrombocytopenia, I would ignore variability from day to day. There's also the possibility of a switched specimen. If there is something more specific, please ask again.
