Could gastritis cause shortness of breath and fatigue?

Yes.: Can cause sob especially if this is due to reflux. This can also cause spasm of the airways and cause wheeze. Fatigue can also be due to anemia from gastritis. Depends on severity. Need to follow up with md or GI doctor.
