Unlikely: The inflammation of allergies can cause the lining of the nose to swell and secrete mucus, but the outward appearance of the nose should not change. However, enlarging nasal polyps can cause mild shape changes. With polyps that size, a person's sense of smell would be severely impaired. An ENT would be a useful resource.
