Over Use Syndrome: This sound like "tennis elbow' or "overuse' syndrome. It is becoming more and more common in our world where we are typing at a keyboard all day every day. The muscles get sore from over use and from improper positioning and then our repetitive motions keep the injury from healing properly. Rest and anti-inflammatories along with ergonomic evaluation are often needed to get better.
