Can a fiborious non union occur in a pars fracture after just being diagnosed 7 months after injury? if so will i need to stabalize it bc it hurts?

Very common in pars.: ..Fractures dx'd late. Even if treatment is instituted early, they often heal by a fibrous union many of which are not painful. @ ur age ; a painful nonunion, a surgical stabilization may b need. C a spine surgeon 4 advice on which pathway u need 2 follow.
