Anal bleeding: Anal bleeding can come from many sources, with common ones being hemorrhoids, anal fissures and injury. If you ate food that gave you salmonella poisoning, you could have bloody diarrhea (could go along with the abdominal pain.) if you are truly drinking 14 alcoholic drinks a week, that's enough to cause GI bleeding in some people -- more likely dark stool rather than bloody. See a doctor.

Rectal bleeding: Should be evaluated if you don't have an obvious reason for having it. At 25 y/o, its very uncommon and for both people, even more so. A thorough history and evaluation is needed if this continues.
