Maybe, but...: ...lots of things can cause nausea. Simple testing may clarify the reason, but endoscopy is definitive if your goal is to rule out ulcerations.

More info needed: Need to know more of your physical symptoms to rule in or rule out the possibility of gastric ulcer. Any pain on your abdomen? Any cough or heartburn after spicy food or any meal?

EGD: The definitive diagnosis is made with a scope in your stomach called an EGD. Certainly, your symptoms could be ulcer related, vs simple reflux disease or gastritis, etc. See your Dr. and get an evaluation to start the correct diagnostic process, best wishes.
