Many things: 40% blockage is not critical and not obstructing blood flow following will help bp control cholesterol keep at goal LDL 70 or below hdl goal over 45 and total cholesterol 150 or below exercise program aspirin /and other platelet inhibitors can help too beta blockers ace/arb as indicated consult for help from your physician for guidence.
