Yes: When the blood count is low, weakness and lightheadedness can manifest when standing. There are other explanations like postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. A doctor is needed to discern which condition is causing these symptoms. If chronic widespread pain is associated fibromyalgia becomes a consideration.
